At KS4 students achieved some of our best ever individual results with a number of students achieving grades 7 and above across our core of maths and triple science with Distinctions in our technical specialisms. Highest achievers include Yolanda Joseph-Gully with six grade 9s and 3 grade 8s.
Principal Rhian Priest said ‘I am delighted for our students who have achieved the qualifications they need in order to progress onto the next stage of their education or employment. It is a credit to their hard work and those of our dedicated staff. It has been particularly pleasing to see the number of Year 13 students gaining degree apprenticeships at organisations including Dyson, Renishaw and the Royal Navy. Our curriculum and learning opportunities are providing students with both the qualifications, skills and qualities that are needed by the science, engineering and technology sectors.
